New Toy

June 29th, 2010 § 0

So it’s like Christmas morning in my apartment because I just got my new camera!  YAY!!!  I’m excited and had to share… because I’m a geek like that.

Website Update

March 31st, 2010 § 0

Hello all!

It’s been a busy few weeks for me as I have just now finished updating the website.  I realize it doesn’t look much different, but believe me.  The work is there!

For my clients I also just finished a great new client section that features online payments, contact information and more.

Spring is here which means wedding season is just around the corner.  Excited!!!

What’s in the Works?

March 4th, 2010 § 0

Yeah, not too many updates on the blog these past few months.  No need to worry though, I’ve been busy!

Along with a lot of behind-the-scenes projects, you will soon see an updated version of the website with many new features.  It’s been a lot of work, but it’s also been very rewarding.

Finally a Blog I Like?

December 3rd, 2009 § 1

Well here it is… yet another Blog design. I’m thinking this one will stick though. I’ve been trying to create something that both fits in with the design of the rest of my portfolio and is also creative and unique. What ends up happening is that I spend some time working on a new design, only to get bored of it in a matter of days! Before long, I virtually hate it. The simply white look though may be simple enough not to get on my nerves though. What do you think?

New Holga: Yippee!

March 18th, 2009 § 1

I have always wanted a Holga camera. For those who do not know, Holga’s are a plastic toy pinhole camera that provides images with horrible quality. So, why might one want one? Well, that horrible quality can be uniquely appealing. It shoots film so once I get some images developed I’ll be sure to share them. In the meantime I did have a good time today walking around the nature center learning how to use it. Hopefully I got it right! In the meantime I found a nice little clip on YouTube demonstrating the best way to use a Holga. I wish I would have watched that first, but oh well. One of the joys of the Holga is the unexpected outcome you get. It’s photography in the simplest form and it’s what makes it fun.

Where Am I?
